Major Tasks As A Management Trainee:
 

• Responsibilities of a Management Trainee are to drive sales by meeting directly with prospective customers in a retail setting
• Assist in the execution of experiential sales strategies for a designated territory 
• Interact with the Customer Service & Sales team to implement impactful and innovative product presentations
• You'll attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and virtual networking webinars to increase marketing and training abilities while honing your leadership skills
• Complete relevant paperwork accurately and continuously maintain a working knowledge of available products and services 

• The ability to start right away is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or entrepreneurship OR at least two years of applicable experience
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
• Reliable transportation to the office daily
